We are looking for a skilled Senior Technical Writer to develop transparent, accurate, and user-friendly documentation for our e-learning products. The ideal candidate will have robust documentation skills and a passion for helping customers understand and use software products effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive documentation for e-learning products, including user manuals, online help, and instructional guides.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency across all documentation.
Stay updated with product changes and ensure all documentation remains current.
Incorporate multimedia elements such as videos and graphics to enhance user understanding.
Gather stakeholder feedback to continuously improve documentation processes.
Help reduce customer support contact volume by enabling customers to find answers independently.
Curate content and develop strategies to provide a unified user experience.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
