Job type: Full time, in person
Working days: Monday to Saturday (6 days per week)
Responsibilities:
Welcome pet owners and manage reception enquiries.
Handle phone calls, appointments and follow-ups.
Maintain client and patient records accurately.
Assist with billing, data entry and daily front-desk coordination.
Use computers, clinic software and office equipment confidently.
Requirements:
12th pass or above.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable computer skills, including typing, email and basic spreadsheets.
Some prior experience working in a clinic or hospital.
Organised, reliable, honest, team player and comfortable working around pets.
