Manage overall showroom operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of Branch Managers, Sales Managers, Team Leaders, and sales staff.
Monitor sales performance, profitability, stock movement, and inventory levels.
Ensure proper product display, visual merchandising, and showroom standards.
Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve escalated customer complaints.
Analyse sales reports, identify business prospects, and take corrective actions to improve performance.
Coordinate with finance, accounts, procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure effective operations.
Monitor staff attendance, discipline, productivity, and compliance with company policies.
Identify opportunities to increase revenue, improve customer satisfaction, and strengthen market presence.
Conduct regular branch visits and performance reviews to ensure consistent operational standards.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
