We are looking for a detail-oriented CRM Executive to manage customer leads, maintain CRM data, monitor sales follow-ups, and coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead management and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Manage leads received through Meta Ads, website enquiries, and other sources.
Maintain and update customer information, lead status, call records, and follow-up dates in Zoho CRM.
Track daily follow-ups and ensure no lead is missed.
Coordinate with sales executives regarding pending leads, quotations, and customer responses.
Monitor the sales pipeline from enquiry to order closure.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and CRM reports.
Maintain salesperson-wise performance reports and follow-up dashboards.
Ensure accurate data entry and proper use of CRM processes.
Coordinate with design and estimation teams to track pending requirements and quotations.




Identify inactive leads and support lead reactivation.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in CRM, sales coordination, or lead management.
Knowledge of Zoho CRM or similar CRM software.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
Solid communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Ability to manage multiple leads and maintain accurate records.

Preferred Skills
Experience handling Meta Ads leads.
Knowledge of sales pipeline management and CRM dashboards.
Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
