Job Summary

Murugan Idli is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Branch Manager to oversee the complete functioning of a restaurant branch, ensuring excellent customer service, food quality, operational efficiency, profitability, and employee discipline.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the restaurant branch.
Achieve sales targets and improve revenue through effective operational planning.
Ensure consistent food quality, service standards, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
Supervise and guide Supervisors, Captains, Cashiers, Kitchen Staff, and Service Staff.
Manage manpower planning, staff attendance, shift scheduling, and employee discipline.
Monitor daily sales, cash handling, billing accuracy, and end-of-day cash reconciliation.
Control food costs, wastage, inventory, and operational expenses.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety standards, and audit requirements.
Handle customer complaints and take corrective action to improve service quality.




Coordinate with HR, Purchase, Accounts, and Operations teams.
Prepare daily sales reports, stock reports, and other management updates.

Required Qualifications & Experience
Graduate in any discipline; hospitality or hotel management qualifications are preferred.
4–7 years of relevant experience, preferably in restaurant or hotel operations.
Previous experience managing a restaurant, QSR, or multi-cuisine food outlet is preferred.
Solid leadership, communication, customer service, and team management skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, POS billing systems, inventory, and sales reporting.
Ability to work in shifts and manage a quick-paced restaurant environment.

Candidates with solid restaurant operations experience and a proven track record of achieving sales and service targets are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
