Maestloper Media is looking for an experienced HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and HR operations for our growing digital marketing, IT solutions, and AI automation company.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, sales, and non-technical positions.
Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, referrals, and other job portals.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates.
Coordinate interviews with management and follow up with candidates.
Handle offer letters, joining formalities, onboarding, and employee documentation.
Maintain attendance, leave records, employee databases, and HR reports.
Coordinate employee engagement and day-to-day HR administration.




Track recruitment targets and ensure positions are filled on time.

Requirements
2–4 years of relevant HR or recruitment experience.
Must be based in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Immediate joiner or candidate available at short notice preferred.
Solid knowledge of recruitment, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination.
Experience hiring for technical, sales, and business development roles is preferred.
Positive communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
Working knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment portals.
Comfortable with a hybrid work arrangement and attending office as required.
