Job Responsibilities
Generate and follow up on recent leads through calls and outreach
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer support and service delivery
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
Eligibility Criteria
Any qualification is acceptable for this position
Experience: 6 Months – 5+ Years in Telesales/Telecalling/Sales
Valuable communication and convincing skills
