We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing strategies, generate business leads, manage customer relationships, and drive business growth for our company.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
Generate new business leads and identify potential customers.
Manage customer relationships and follow up on enquiries and quotations.
Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to ensure timely customer responses.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Develop new markets and explore business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
Maintain records of enquiries, sales activities, and marketing performance.
Achieve monthly and annual sales and marketing targets.
Handle digital marketing activities and online business enquiries.
Eligibility Criteria
MBA in Marketing is mandatory.
2–5 years of relevant experience in marketing and business development.
Experience in industrial manufacturing or engineering companies will be preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Robust customer-handling and business-development abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Salary & Perks
Salary: ₹40,000–₹50,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability
