Key Responsibilities

Handle and process Purchase Orders (POs) received through tenders and government departments.

Review PO terms, quantities, prices, delivery schedules, and payment conditions.

Coordinate with the Tender, Sales, Purchase, Accounts, and Dispatch teams for smooth order execution.

Maintain PO records, tender documents, quotations, and related correspondence.

Prepare and verify documents required for tender and order processing.

Follow up on PO amendments, delivery schedules, payments, and order status.

Coordinate with customers and government departments regarding PO-related queries.

Ensure timely completion and submission of required documents.

Maintain MIS and regular reports related to POs and tender orders.
