A Soft Skill Trainer is responsible for enhancing interpersonal, communication, and qualified skills of students or employees to improve workplace effectiveness and overall personality development.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct training sessions on communication skills, personality development, and qualified etiquette
Deliver workshops on teamwork, leadership, time management, and problem-solving
Train candidates in interview preparation and presentation skills
Develop training materials, modules, and assessment tools
Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback
Organize mock interviews, group discussions, and role-play activities
Track progress and prepare training reports

Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong presentation and public speaking abilities
Good understanding of corporate behavior and workplace culture
Ability to engage and motivate learners
Patience and solid interpersonal skills

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (preferred in English, HR, Psychology, or related field)
1–4 years of experience in training, teach

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
