Key Responsibilities
Quality & Compliance Management
Monitor training quality and ensure adherence to DDUGKY standards
Conduct internal audits and quality checks
Ensure compliance with SOPs, QPs, and scheme guidelines
Process Improvement
Identify gaps in training delivery and operations
Implement corrective and preventive actions
Ensure continuous improvement in training quality
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain quality reports and audit documentation
Support inspections and third-party verifications
Ensure readiness for audits and compliance checks
Candidate Requirements
Graduate in any discipline
Experience in DDUGKY quality/compliance role
Solid analytical and reporting skills
Valuable understanding of audits and documentation
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
