Refos Energy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Solar Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in solar installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities
Install and commission solar power systems at customer sites.
Perform maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting of solar panels and related electrical components.
Identify and resolve technical issues in solar installations.
Conduct site inspections and assist with technical assessments.
Ensure installations comply with safety standards and company procedures.
Coordinate with the technical team to complete projects on schedule.
Provide technical support to customers when required.
Travel to customer locations as needed.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in solar installation, maintenance, or a related technical field.
ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics,



or a relevant technical qualification preferred.
Knowledge of solar panels, inverters, wiring, and electrical systems.
Positive troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel to project sites.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary & Advantages
Monthly salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000, based on experience and skills.
Travel Allowance (TA) and Daily Allowance (DA) provided as per company policy.
