Key Responsibilities
· Engage with warm leads to promote discounted vacation packages
· Build rapport with prospective clients over the phone
· Match guests with suitable holiday options based on their preferences
· Maintain accurate records of sales activities
· Meet and exceed performance targets
· Participate in ongoing training and development

Qualifications
· Diploma or equivalent
· Robust verbal communication skills in Japanese
· Friendly, confident, and enthusiastic personality
· Active listening and questioning skills




· Target-driven mindset
· Adaptable availability (5 days/week)

Compensation & Benefits
· Competitive base salary + uncapped commission
