Job Summary

Oncowin Cancer Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to provide quality nursing care to patients. The candidate should have sound clinical knowledge, good communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a hospital setting, preferably with experience in oncology or specialized patient care.

Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to patients as per hospital protocols and treatment plans.
Monitor vital signs and assess patients' clinical conditions regularly.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the treating physician.
Assist doctors during clinical examinations and medical procedures.
Maintain accurate nursing records, patient charts, and medication documentation.
Follow infection control practices, patient safety protocols, and hospital guidelines.
Identify changes in patients' conditions and report them promptly to the treating doctor.
Educate patients and their attendants regarding treatment, medication,



and care instructions.
Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare specialists to ensure effective patient care.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper handling of medical equipment.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and applicable quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria
GNM or B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
Valid registration with the applicable State Nursing Council.
Minimum 2+ years of hospital nursing experience.
Oncology or chemotherapy-related experience will be an added advantage.
Good clinical skills, communication, and teamwork abilities.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, as per hospital requirements.
