About the Role
Healthy Jeena Sikho is looking for a compassionate and qualified Yoga & Mental Wellness Coach to promote employees’ physical, mental, and emotional well-being at our Mohali office. The candidate will help create a healthy, supportive workplace where employees feel comfortable, motivated, and heard.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular yoga, meditation, breathing, and relaxation sessions.
Promote physical fitness, mindfulness, stress management, and work-life balance.
Be an approachable and supportive person for employees to discuss concerns and feel heard.
Organize wellness activities and workshops focused on mental and physical health.
Encourage healthy lifestyle habits and build a positive workplace wellness culture.
Maintain confidentiality and respect employees’ personal boundaries.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Certification or formal training in Yoga from a recognized institution.
Knowledge of yoga asanas, pranayama, meditation,



and mindfulness techniques.
Solid communication, interpersonal, and active-listening skills.
An empathetic, patient, approachable, and non-judgmental personality.
Ability to connect with employees and build a supportive workplace.

Preferred Experience

Prior experience as a Yoga Instructor, Wellness Coach, or Mental Wellness Facilitator is preferred. Corporate wellness experience or additional training in counselling skills and stress management will be an added advantage.
Ideal Candidate

Someone who can go beyond conducting yoga sessions and become a trusted wellness companion for employees, supporting their overall well-being while recognizing when qualified mental health support may be needed.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
