We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should be able to manage an assigned kitchen section independently while maintaining excellent standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and operate the assigned kitchen section efficiently.
Prepare and cook food according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, portion size, and presentation.
Complete mise en place and preparation before service.
Coordinate with the Sous Chef and other kitchen team members.
Monitor food stock and inform the senior chef about shortages.
Maintain proper food storage, labeling, and FIFO practices.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation and equipment.
Follow food safety and HACCP standards.
Minimize food wastage and maintain proper portion control.
Assist in menu preparation and daily specials when required.




Maintain smooth kitchen operations during busy service periods.
Train and guide Commis Chefs and junior kitchen staff when required.
Follow all resort kitchen SOPs and safety procedures.

Requirements:
Previous experience as a CDP or Commis Chef in a hotel/resort/restaurant.
Positive knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
Ability to independently handle an assigned section.
Robust knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
Positive teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Culinary qualification will be an advantage.

Freshers are not preferred for this position; relevant kitchen experience is required.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
