Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-end skin, facial, body, and beauty treatments following VLCC quality standards and safety protocols.
Perform detailed skin analyses and consult with clients to recommend personalized treatments and home-care regimens.
Build strong, lasting relationships with clients through exceptional customer service.
Maintain strict cleanliness, hygiene, and sterilization standards for all equipment and therapy rooms.
Cross-sell relevant VLCC skincare products and service packages to meet client needs and monthly targets.
What We Are Looking For
Skills:
Expertise in advanced facials, skin treatments, body therapies, and basic grooming services.
Certifications: Certified course/diploma in Cosmetology, Beauty Therapy, or Skin Care is preferred.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with a warm, qualified, and customer-first attitude.
