AEMS is a digital marketing agency. We help small businesses grow with social media marketing, Meta Ads, website development, SEO and content.

The Role

You bring us clients and set your own selling price. We give you our base rate for each service. Anything you sell above it is yours to keep. We handle strategy, execution and reporting, so you don't need to deliver the work.

How Earning Works
We give you a base price list for every service and package.
You pitch the client at any price above our base price.
When the client pays, AEMS keeps the base price and you keep the difference.

Example: If our base price for a website is ₹10,000 and you close it at ₹16,000, you earn ₹6,000.
No cap on earnings: the higher you sell, the more you make
No fixed salary and no joining fee
Selling at or below the base price is not allowed
Your payout is released within 7 days of the client's payment reaching AEMS
For monthly retainer clients, you earn the difference every month the client keeps paying

Responsibilities
Find and approach small and local businesses (shops, clinics, restaurants, banquet halls, real estate, coaching centres, etc.)
Pitch AEMS services by phone,



WhatsApp, social media or in person
Negotiate and close deals at your quoted price
Share lead and deal details with us in the agreed format before the quote is finalised
Follow up until the client confirms and pays

Requirements
Positive communication in Hindi and/or English
Confidence in negotiating with business owners
Basic understanding of social media and online marketing
A smartphone and internet connection
Existing contacts among local business owners are a plus

Terms
All client payments go directly to AEMS, and your share is paid out after receipt
Each lead is registered in your name once shared with us, so there are no credit disputes
Final scope of work is confirmed by AEMS before the deal is closed

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
