Balaji Plastic Industries is looking for an experienced and capable Factory Supervisor to oversee overall factory operations, manage the workforce and ensure productive production, quality and operational discipline.

Position: Factory Supervisor
Experience: Minimum 10 years

Salary: ₹3.6 LPA (based on experience and skills)
Working Hours: 12-hour shift

Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day factory operations and production activities.
Supervise and manage machine operators, workers and helpers.
Plan production schedules and ensure timely achievement of targets.
Monitor product quality, rejection rates and material wastage.
Ensure smooth machine operation and minimise production downtime.
Maintain production records, shift reports, attendance and inventory coordination.
Coordinate with maintenance and management teams to resolve operational issues.
Ensure workplace safety, housekeeping and factory discipline.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in factory supervision or production management.
Experience in plastic manufacturing is strongly preferred.
Knowledge of injection moulding and/or blow moulding operations will be an added advantage.
Robust leadership and workforce management skills.
Ability to handle production challenges, improve efficiency and maintain quality standards.
Responsible, disciplined and capable of managing overall factory operations independently.
