We are looking for a sharp and results-driven Procurement & Sourcing Manager to head our purchasing department. In this role, you will manage our supply chain, source quality raw materials (such as stainless steel, MS sheets, pipes, motors, and hardware components) for our commercial bakery and food processing machinery, and build reliable vendor relationships to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery.

​Key Responsibilities:
​Strategic Sourcing & Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers and fabricators for raw materials, electrical parts, and machine components. Maintain a robust local vendor network in the Coimbatore industrial belt.
​Cost Negotiation & Optimization: Negotiate competitive pricing, credit terms, and bulk discounts with suppliers without compromising on quality standards.
​Purchase Order Management: Process purchase requisitions,



issue Purchase Orders (POs), and track orders from initiation to delivery to prevent any downtime on the shop floor.
​Quality & Delivery Tracking: Coordinate with the stores and production teams to inspect incoming materials for quality compliance and ensure timely delivery schedules.
​Market Analysis & Cost Control: Keep track of raw material price trends (especially steel) and implement strategies to reduce overall procurement costs.
​Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with the design, production, and accounting teams to understand material requirements and streamline inventory flow.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
