Job Summary

Responsible for assisting guests with luggage, arrivals and departures while providing courteous and productive service. Supports Front Office operations and ensures a welcoming and comfortable guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests during arrival and departure.
Handle, transport and store guest luggage safely.
Escort guests to rooms and provide basic information about hotel facilities and services.
Assist guests with transportation, directions and general enquiries.
Deliver guest messages, parcels and other items promptly.
Coordinate with Front Desk, Housekeeping and Security regarding guest requirements.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bell desk, luggage room and lobby area.
Handle guest belongings carefully and maintain proper luggage records.
Assist VIPs, groups and guests with special requirements.
Follow hotel SOPs, safety, security,



grooming and service standards.

Basic knowledge of hotel operations and local areas.
Qualified grooming and positive attitude.

Qualifications & Experience
SSLC/Plus Two or Diploma in Hotel Management/Hospitality preferred.
0–2 years of experience in Front Office/Bell Desk operations preferred.
Freshers with good communication and customer service skills may also be considered.

Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹17,500.00 per month
