This is a full time, in office Chartering Executive role based in Ludhiana. The Chartering Executive will be responsible for handling spot and time charter negotiations for dry, gas, and tanker vessels, including matching cargoes with suitable tonnage and preparing charter party terms. The role involves daily market monitoring, collection and analysis of freight rates, and sharing accurate market intelligence with clients and internal stakeholders. The Chartering Executive will manage end-to-end chartering documentation, coordinate with ship owners, operators, and cargo interests, and ensure timely follow-up on fixtures and post-fixture activities. Additional responsibilities include maintaining robust professional relationships, supporting customized solutions for clients, and contributing to the company’s customer-focused service standards.
