Movigo is looking for an energetic and responsible HR Manager who can build a disciplined, performance-focused team and handle complete HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment for telecalling, field sales, operations, delivery and office roles
Job posting on Indeed, Job Hai, social media and other hiring platforms
Candidate screening, interview scheduling, joining and onboarding
Attendance, leave, salary inputs and employee records management
Preparing offer letters, appointment letters, warning letters and other HR documents
Employee performance tracking, daily reporting and target follow-up
Maintaining office discipline, employee engagement and retention
Coordinating with management for manpower planning and cost control
Handling exit formalities and replacement hiring when required

Desired Candidate Profile:




Experience in HR recruitment and employee management preferred
Robust communication skills in Hindi and basic English
Able to work independently and take ownership
Comfortable with target-based, quick-growing startup environment
Knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets and HR documentation
Experience in hiring telecallers, sales executives or field staff will be an advantage

Plus Point:
Candidates having knowledge of digital marketing, social media posting, Meta/Facebook ads, Canva creatives or lead-generation campaigns will be preferred. They may get an opportunity to support HR hiring campaigns as well as company marketing activities.

Job Type: Full time, Work from Office

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
