-Develop and improve paint, coating & aerosol formulations.
-Conduct laboratory trials and product performance testing.
-Evaluate raw materials, pigments, resins and additives.
-Support quality assurance, product trials and troubleshooting.
-Prepare formulation records, test reports, TDS and SOPs.
-Coordinate with Production, Quality, Procurement and Sales teams.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
