Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
Explain our services, including Income Tax Return (ITR), GST, Business Registration and Investment Services.
Generate leads and identify potential customers through calling.
Follow up with interested clients and convert enquiries into appointments or business leads.
Share service details and relevant information with clients through WhatsApp.
Maintain daily calling records and update lead status in Excel or CRM.
Schedule client appointments and coordinate with the office team.
Maintain qualified communication and valuable client relationships.
Follow up on pending enquiries and ensure timely responses.
Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
