We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller with excellent communication skills to interact with customers, handle calls, and provide information about the company’s products or services.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls and handle incoming customer calls.
Communicate professionally with customers and explain company services.
Follow up with potential customers and maintain proper records.
Understand customer queries and provide appropriate information.
Build positive relationships with customers through effective communication.
Achieve calling targets and support the team in daily activities.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Positive command of Hindi and English.
Confident, polite, and skilled phone etiquette.
Basic computer knowledge and data-entry skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to handle customer queries and follow-ups efficiently.

Freshers are welcome to apply.
Prior telecalling or customer service experience is an advantage.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills are a must.

Pay: ₹10,858.24 - ₹20,000.00 per hour
