HR Executive – Blue Collar

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to manage blue-collar manpower and fabrication contractors for our workshop and projects.

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day fabrication contractor issues and workforce grievances.
Source and onboard recent contractors and blue-collar manpower.
Negotiate contractor rates and commercial terms with management approval.
Maintain contractor records, agreements, attendance, and wage details.
Calculate contractor wages and verify bills for payment processing.
Ensure manpower availability as per workshop and project requirements.
Monitor contractor performance, discipline, and productivity.
Coordinate with management, supervisors,



and Accounts for smooth operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications
5–6 years of experience in industrial HR and contractor management.
Solid contractor handling and blue-collar manpower sourcing skills.
Experience in wage calculation, attendance management, and contractor billing.
Positive negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Fabrication, manufacturing, or engineering industry experience preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
