We are looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic HRM Faculty member to teach Human Resource Management concepts and support students in their academic and professional development.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver lectures on Human Resource Management and related subjects.
Prepare lesson plans, presentations, and teaching materials.
Explain HR concepts, including recruitment, selection, training and development, performance management, and employee relations.
Conduct assessments, assignments, and examinations.
Guide students in projects, presentations, and career development.
Maintain academic records and participate in departmental activities.

Eligibility Criteria
MBA in Human Resource Management or a relevant postgraduate qualification.
Strong subject knowledge and communication skills.
Teaching experience is an advantage.
Freshers with excellent subject knowledge and a passion for teaching are welcome to apply, subject to institutional eligibility requirements.

Skills Required

Good verbal and written communication.
Ability to engage and motivate students.
