Job Summary

Oncowin Cancer Center is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to provide quality nursing care, monitor patients’ health, and support doctors in delivering effective treatment. The candidate should have good clinical knowledge, communication skills, and a solid commitment to patient safety.

Key Responsibilities
Provide nursing care and support to patients as per hospital protocols.
Monitor vital signs and report changes in patients’ conditions to doctors.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Assist doctors during clinical procedures and emergencies.
Maintain accurate patient records, nursing notes, and medication charts.
Follow infection control practices and maintain hygiene standards.
Educate patients and their attendants regarding care and treatment instructions.




Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals for patient management.
Ensure proper patient handover during shift changes.
Follow hospital policies, safety guidelines, and nursing standards.

Educational Qualification
GNM or B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institute.
Valid registration with the respective State Nursing Council.

Required Skills
Good clinical and patient-care skills.
Effective communication and teamwork.
Knowledge of infection control and patient safety.
Ability to work in a hospital environment and handle emergencies.
Compassionate, responsible, and qualified attitude.

Preferred Candidate
Minimum 2 years of hospital nursing experience.
Oncology experience will be an added advantage.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts as per hospital requirements.

Work Location: Oncowin Cancer Center, Gandhinagar, Gujarat

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
