Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Intern to join our Accounts Department. The candidate will assist with day-to-day accounting activities, financial documentation, data entry, and other accounting-related tasks while gaining practical experience in accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in daily accounting activities and financial transactions.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate accounting records.
Assist in preparing invoices, bills, vouchers, and receipts.
Support the verification of daily cash collections and expense records.
Assist in bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance.
Maintain and organise financial documents and supporting records.
Assist with accounts payable and receivable activities.
Support the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.




Coordinate with other departments to collect and verify financial information.
Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned by the Accounts Manager.

Qualifications
B.Com or M.Com graduates are preferred.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles is an advantage.
Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office is preferred.
Familiarity with accounting software will be an added advantage.
