Job Roles and Responsibilities
Collect, receive, label, and process patient samples such as blood, urine, and other specimens according to hospital protocols.
Perform laboratory tests as per the doctor's prescription and established laboratory procedures.
Operate, maintain, and handle laboratory equipment, including analyzers, microscopes, centrifuges, and other instruments.
Ensure accurate testing, proper documentation, and timely reporting of laboratory results.
Verify patient details and sample identification before performing any test.
Maintain proper records of test requests, results, quality control, and sample processing.
Follow infection control protocols, biomedical waste management rules, and laboratory safety guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper organization of the laboratory.
Monitor reagent stock, laboratory consumables, and other supplies, and inform the Lab In-charge when stock is low.




Perform internal quality control checks and assist with equipment calibration as per laboratory protocols.
Immediately report critical test results, abnormal findings, equipment failures, and sample-related issues to the authorized doctor or Lab In-charge according to hospital policy.
Ensure proper storage, handling, and disposal of samples and laboratory materials.
Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure that laboratory reports are released only to authorized persons.
Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and other departments for timely sample collection and reporting.
Perform any other laboratory-related duties assigned by the Lab In-charge or hospital administration within the scope of training and authorization.

Pay: ₹8,100.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
