Responsibilities:
Inspect incoming raw materials, in-process materials, and finished plastic products.
Perform visual and dimensional inspections to identify defects such as cracks, scratches, flash, and color variations.
Conduct quality checks during plastic manufacturing and moulding processes.
Use measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, and weighing scales.
Maintain inspection reports, rejection records, and quality documentation.
Identify defective products and coordinate with the Production Department for corrective actions.
Ensure products meet defined quality standards and customer specifications.
Follow quality procedures and maintain proper inspection records.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of plastic manufacturing processes.
Visual inspection and defect identification.
Knowledge of measuring instruments.
Basic understanding of quality control procedures.
Inspection report preparation and documentation.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of 5S and quality standards.
Required Qualification: - B.Sc - Chemistry
Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
