Job Summary
We are looking for qualified and dedicated Assistant Professors to join a reputed educational institution in Indore. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, valuable communication skills, and a passion for teaching and academic development.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver lectures and conduct classroom teaching as per the prescribed curriculum.
Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and study materials.
Evaluate students through examinations, assignments, and other assessments.
Guide students in academic activities, projects, and research work, as applicable.
Maintain attendance records, academic documentation, and student performance reports.
Participate in departmental meetings, seminars, workshops, and other academic activities.
Support curriculum development and contribute to the overall academic growth of the institution.
Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment for students.
Eligibility Criteria
Master's degree in the relevant subject/domain from a recognized university.
Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in a college or university.
Strong subject knowledge and effective communication skills.
Ability to engage students and manage classroom activities.
NET/SET/Ph.D. qualifications as applicable to the subject and relevant UGC/regulatory requirements.

Salary Range: ₹30,000–₹40,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
