We are looking for motivated Sales Officers to generate business loan leads, acquire SME customers, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads for SME and business loans.
Acquire customers through field visits and local market sourcing.
Identify potential small business owners and entrepreneurs.
Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan processing.
Follow up with customers until loan disbursement.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain customer relationships.

Required Candidate Profile
Any Graduate preferred.
Experience in SME Loans, Business Loans, LAP, Banking, or NBFC sales is preferred.
Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to work in field sales.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
