ADHAVA PACKAGING is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage purchasing activities, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure the timely availability of raw materials and other items required for production.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and coordinate with suppliers and vendors.
Obtain quotations and compare prices, quality, and delivery schedules.
Prepare purchase orders and maintain purchase records.
Purchase raw materials, packing materials, spare parts, consumables, and office supplies as required.
Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
Coordinate with production, stores, accounts, and other departments.
Verify material specifications, quantities, and supplier invoices.
Maintain supplier databases, purchase registers, and related documents.
Monitor stock requirements and coordinate with the stores department.
Negotiate prices and payment terms with suppliers.




Support cost control and ensure purchases are made within approved budgets.

Skills and Qualifications
Any degree or diploma in a relevant field preferred.
Experience in purchase, procurement, or vendor management is preferred.
Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
Good negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to maintain accurate purchase records and documentation.
Knowledge of ERP or inventory management software is an advantage.
