Myra Global Tech is looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist with robust expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) to manage and optimise lead-generation campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch and manage Meta Ads campaigns.
Generate high-quality leads while maintaining cost efficiency.
Understand Meta’s algorithm, ad delivery, targeting and optimisation.
Conduct A/B testing of audiences, creatives and ad copy.
Manage budgets and optimise CPL and conversion performance.
Analyse campaign data and prepare performance reports.
Collaborate with sales teams to improve lead quality and conversions.
Requirements
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience.
Proven experience in lead generation and budget management.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of tracking tools, Meta Pixel and CRM integration is preferred.
Experience in B2B marketing or recruitment campaigns is an advantage.
Salary- 40k-50k
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Patliputra, Patna, Bihar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
