Job Description – SCM Manager
3–5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Robust knowledge of end-to-end SCM operations, including procurement, imports, exports, logistics, and inventory management.
Handle import/export documentation, customs clearance, freight forwarding, and international shipments.
Manage domestic and international vendors, purchase orders, negotiations, and supplier performance.
Coordinate with Production, Stores, Finance, Quality, and other departments to ensure timely material availability.
Monitor inventory levels, material planning, lead times, and delivery schedules.
Identify cost-saving opportunities in procurement, transportation, and logistics.




Ensure compliance with applicable import/export regulations and maintain relevant documentation.
Prepare SCM reports, procurement trackers, inventory reports, and cost analysis.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems, with robust analytical, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field.
Experience in medical devices, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or other manufacturing industries is preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
