Store Head – Supply Chain

Job Summary:
Responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse/store operations, ensuring accurate inventory, timely material movement, and productive storage and dispatch processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch operations.
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
Ensure proper material handling, storage, and FIFO/FEFO practices.
Coordinate with procurement, production, logistics, and other teams for material availability.
Monitor warehouse manpower, productivity, and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company SOPs.
Prepare inventory and operational reports and resolve stock discrepancies.

Requirements:
Graduate/Diploma with relevant experience in warehouse/store operations.
5+ years of experience, preferably in supply chain/manufacturing.
Valuable knowledge of inventory management, ERP/WMS, and warehouse processes.
Robust leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
