Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and responsible Field Executive to manage field operations, generate new business leads, coordinate parcel pickups, and develop customer relationships in the courier and cargo industry.

Key Responsibilities
Visit businesses, shops, manufacturers, and e-commerce sellers to generate courier and cargo business.
Identify potential customers and develop recent business opportunities.
Coordinate parcel pickups and deliveries with the operations team.
Build and maintain relationships with existing and current clients.
Follow up on leads, quotations, and customer requirements.
Achieve assigned sales and shipment targets.
Maintain daily field visit reports and customer records.




Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth shipment handling.

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
Experience in courier, cargo, logistics, or field sales will be preferred.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving licence, if required for field visits.

Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month, depending on experience.
