We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled Junior Pastry Chefs to join our team at Amber – The Whisk Factory. Candidates must have a robust interest in baking, valuable practical baking skills, and a passion for preparing quality pastries and bakery products.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare cakes, pastries, brownies, cookies and other bakery products.
Assist in baking, decorating, and presenting desserts.
Follow standard recipes and maintain consistent product quality.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the kitchen.
Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
Monitor ingredient stock and minimize food wastage.
Support daily bakery and café operations.
Candidate Requirements
Practical baking skills are mandatory.
Basic knowledge of pastries, cakes, desserts, and bakery products.
Ability to follow recipes and maintain quality standards.
Good hygiene, time management, and teamwork skills.
Relevant baking experience or a bakery qualification is preferred.
Salary & Advantages
