Core Responsibilities & Workflow: Merchant Acquisition & Pitching: Identify and map potential local businesses across designated territories. Conduct cold visits and present our platform value proposition to business owners. Demonstration & Training: Deliver live end-to-end product demos of the merchant app/dashboard. Train merchants on managing orders, service requests, pricing, and operating schedules. Profile Setup & Listing Completion: Collect accurate business details, service catalogs, menus, pricing, and high-quality visuals. Ensure 100% profile completeness and verification on the platform. Partner Activation & Engagement: Support newly onboarded merchants through initial transactions to make them fully operational and active. Monitor initial performance and resolve early-stage merchant queries promptly.
