We are looking for a Human Resources (HR) Executive:
Who has prior experience (2 years+) in the human resources domain
Who is well-versed with the English language (verbal and written) and the latest British English standards
Who is comfortable with Microsoft Word, English typing (30 WPM+) and the use of Canva + AI assistants (to create and/or refine social media posts as per the requirements).
Your roles and responsibilities will include:
Sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
Processing monthly salaries, bonuses, and deductions
Integrating current hires into company culture and setting up orientation
Setting productivity goals and tracking employee metrics
Proof-reading across the subjects (English Literature, English Grammar, Mathematics, Science,
Social Studies, Environmental Studies, and General Knowledge) from an English point-of-view, once the content has been transformed into a ready-to-print PDF
Creating social media posts using Canva & AI assistants
Reviewing the digital support content
Educational Background:
UG: Any Graduate
PG: Any Graduate
