About the Role
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Dispatch Executive to manage the final stage of our process, from verifying packed garments to loading and dispatching them on time with correct documents.
Key Responsibilities
Receive packed garments from the Packing Team and confirm they have passed final checking
Verify style, size, quantity, packing method, MRP stickers, inner boards and accessories before release
Prepare dispatch documents such as the dispatch list, DC/invoice details and transport details
Coordinate with transporters and supervise loading
Report any shortage, excess or packing mismatch before dispatch
Inform management once dispatch is completed
Maintain the dispatch register and pending dispatch list
Keep the dispatch area clean and organised,
with goods stored safely
Requirements
Graduate or Diploma in any discipline (commerce or logistics preferred)
1–3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, warehouse or the garment industry preferred
Basic computer skills (MS Excel and document preparation)
Knowledge of DC, LR, invoice and transport documentation
Accuracy in counting, checking and reconciliation
Valuable communication and coordination skills
Honest, disciplined and able to work to deadlines
