Job Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor hospital quality standards and policies.
Ensure NABH accreditation compliance and maintain quality documentation.
Conduct internal audits, quality inspections, and gap assessments.
Monitor patient safety, infection control, and incident reporting.
Develop and implement SOPs, protocols, and quality improvement plans.
Coordinate with all departments for quality compliance and staff training.
Track KPIs, patient feedback, and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Prepare audit reports and ensure compliance with applicable healthcare regulations.
Eligibility & Requirements:
Qualification: BHA/MHA, B.Sc./M.Sc. in relevant healthcare fields, or equivalent.
Experience in hospital quality management preferred.
Knowledge of NABH standards, hospital audits, SOPs, and patient safety.
Robust communication, documentation, and leadership skills.
NABH accreditation experience will be an added advantage
