Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and proactive Content Creator who can conceptualise, create, and execute engaging content for brands across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Develop creative content ideas based on brand objectives and audience insights.
Write engaging scripts, captions, hooks, and social media copy.
Plan and create content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Participate in shoots and create engaging Reels, UGC, and short-form videos.
Stay updated with social media trends, formats, and content opportunities.
Collaborate with designers, video editors, and performance marketing teams.
Use AI tools effectively for research, ideation, scripting, and content creation.
Ensure content maintains brand voice, quality, and consistency.
Assist in developing monthly content calendars and campaign concepts.
Analyse content performance and suggest ideas for improvement.

Requirements




Solid writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
Valuable understanding of social media platforms and current trends.
Creative thinking with the ability to develop fresh content ideas.
Comfortable appearing on camera or coordinating UGC-based content.
Basic understanding of content creation, shoots, and video formats.
Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team.
Familiarity with AI tools for content creation is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
