Job Description: We are looking for a target-oriented Business Development Manager/Executive to generate leads, acquire recent clients, develop business opportunities, and achieve sales targets.

Preferred Experience:
Solar industry, PM-KUSUM projects, solar tenders, and utility-scale projects.
Solar exports, industrial sales, and PAN-India business development.
Candidates with strong industrial or institutional connections (schools, colleges, hospitals) may also apply.

Required Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Solid client networking and lead-conversion abilities.
Basic MS Office/CRM knowledge.
