Job Description – Gym Trainer

Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and disciplined Gym Trainer with practical knowledge of fitness training, strength exercises, and gym equipment to guide members in achieving their fitness goals.

Key Responsibilities
Guide members on strength training, cardio, and correct exercise techniques.
Develop workout plans according to members’ fitness goals and capabilities.
Demonstrate proper use of gym equipment and ensure safe workout practices.
Track members’ progress and provide appropriate workout guidance.
Maintain gym equipment, cleanliness, and hygiene.
Assist recent members with gym orientation and workout routines.





Required Skills & Qualifications
1–2 years of experience as a Gym Trainer or Fitness Trainer.
Knowledge of strength training, cardio exercises, and workout planning.
Positive communication and member-handling skills.
Physically fit, energetic, and disciplined.
Fitness training certification is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
