Job Summary

Seeking an experienced JDE ERP Project Manager/Delivery Manager with 15+ years of ERP project management experience and expertise in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and OCI. Responsibilities include end-to-end project delivery, planning, budgeting, resource management, stakeholder communication, risk mitigation, quality assurance, SLA adherence, status reporting, timesheets, invoicing, and team mentoring. Healthcare/pharma experience, CSV compliance, automation, and process improvement are preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end JDE ERP project delivery, including planning, scheduling, resource and financial management.
Oversee implementation and support activities, ensure quality standards and SLA adherence, manage customer relationships, risks, escalations, timesheets, invoicing, and status reporting.
Drive stakeholder communication, mentor team members, ensure CSV compliance where applicable, and identify automation opportunities and process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction
