Premium Fine-Dining Restaurant | 180-Seater Restaurant

We are looking for skilled and passionate Sushi Chefs / Dim Sum Chefs to join our culinary team at our premium 180-seater fine-dining restaurant.

We are seeking culinary professionals with expertise in Japanese or Chinese cuisine, a passion for authentic flavours, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare authentic sushi, sashimi, maki rolls, and other Japanese specialties, or dim sum, dumplings, baos, and related Asian delicacies.
Ensure excellent food quality, consistency, taste, and presentation.
Maintain proper mise en place and ensure smooth kitchen operations during peak service hours.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Monitor stock, ensure proper storage, and minimize food wastage.
Coordinate with the Head Chef and kitchen team to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
Assist with menu development, new dishes, and seasonal specials.

Candidate Requirements




Previous experience as a Sushi Chef or Dim Sum Chef in a reputed hotel, fine-dining restaurant, or premium Asian restaurant.
Strong knowledge of the relevant cuisine and preparation techniques.
Excellent knife skills, attention to detail, and presentation abilities.
Knowledge of food safety, ingredient handling, and kitchen hygiene.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
Strong teamwork, discipline, and a qualified attitude.
