Job Summary:
House of Fett seeks an experienced, results-oriented Store Manager to manage daily store operations, drive sales, lead the team, and ensure an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
Lead, train, and motivate the store team to improve performance.
Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
Monitor inventory, stock movement, replenishment, and visual merchandising.
Maintain store standards, product presentation, and brand guidelines.
Prepare daily sales reports and monitor team performance.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
Ensure staff attendance,



grooming, discipline, and adherence to company policies.
Coordinate with the Head Office regarding sales, stock, and operational requirements.

Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in retail, preferably in fashion or apparel.
Previous experience in a Store Manager or similar leadership role.
Solid sales, team management, and communication skills.
Ability to achieve sales targets and manage store operations efficiently.
Positive knowledge of inventory management and customer service.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
